Argentina Elections en China

Argentina Elections en la revista Sanlian Life Weekly, una reconocida publicación china en Pekí­n, que según me comentan es el equivalente del The Economist en China. La revista es semanal y con un tiraje de 300.000. Pueden visitar el sitio http://www.lifeweek.com.cn/ (sólo en chino). El artí­culo salió en el número 45 de la revista y discute el fallecimiento de Néstor Kirchner y sus consecuencias en la polí­tica argentina.

Argentina Elections interviewed by Sanlian Life Weekly Magazine, a well known Chinese magazine based in Beijing, which, I am told, is the equivalent of The Economist in China. The magazine is published every week, and it has a large circulation: 300,000 readers weekly. You can see the website http://www.lifeweek.com.cn/ (unluckily there is no English version yet).
The article talks about the death of Néstor Kirchner and the impact in the Argentine political scenario. It was published in the edition 45 of the publication.

今也没有向外界解释他为何放弃连任的原
因，但很有可能是为了2011 年的大选考虑。
按照阿根廷宪法规定，总统最多只能连任
两届。另外一个可能的原因是他的健康状
况。执政4 年的兢兢业业让基什内尔疲惫
不堪，他需要时间来进行调整。
Hugo Passarello Luna nos dice que “Kirchner nunca explicó porque abandonó la posibilidad de un segundo mandato, es posible que lo hizo en vistas de la elección presidencial del 2011. Según la Constitución de Argentina, un presidente no puede hacer más de dos mandatos consecutivos. Otra posibilidad puede estar relacionada con su salud. Luego de cuatro aí±os de duro trabajo, Kirchner podrí­a estar cansado. Necesitaba un perí­odo de descanso.”
Hugo Passarello Luna tells us that “Kirchner never explained why he abandoned the possibility of a second term, it is possible he awaited for the presidential elections of 2011. According to the Argentine Constitution, a president cannot do more than two consecutive terms. Another possibility might be related to his health. After four years of hard work, Kirchner could just be exhausted. He needed a period to rest.”
Hugo Passarello Luna nous dit que « Kirchner n’a toujours pas expliqué pourquoi il avait abandonné le mandat successif, c’est peut-íªtre pour la raison de l’élection présidentielle 2011. Selon la Constitution de l’Argentine, le président ne peut que prendre deux mandats. L’autre possibilité peut se traduire par son probléme de sante. Au bout de quatre ans avec beaucoup de travail qui pésent K es déjí  épuisé. Ainsi, il lui faut du temps pour mettre au point.
